The Nanjing Yizheng Factory, located in Gongwei Village of Yizheng Development Zone, covers over 120 acres with a total construction area of 39,000㎡. The 9-story main building stands 31.8m tall with a frame-shear wall structure. Equipped with 2 international top-tier fully automated standard component production lines and 1 domestic-leading special-shaped component line, the facility also houses two world-class LIERHERR fully enclosed eco-friendly concrete mixing stations. Upon completion, the factory will annually produce 300,000m³ of prefabricated components, including double-sided shear walls, insulated single-sided shear walls, composite slabs, beams, staircases, balconies, and other architectural elements, meeting construction needs for 2 million㎡ buildings. The SEPC engineering procurement and construction contract totals 8.9 billion yuan, expected to create 4,000-5,000 local jobs. Currently, the complex's main structure has been topped out, with workshop steel framework under construction, targeting October 2019 operational readiness.
The project rigorously implements corporate standardization requirements, adopting modular and reusable designs for gates, edge protection, and zonal segregation. "Beyond conventional safety protocols, we pioneered an innovative 'QR Code Information Board for Quality & Safety Management' in October last year," explained Project Manager Wei Chao. "Scanning these codes instantly displays real-time updates on quality control, safety protocols, progress tracking, and cost management - all updated weekly. This marks the first such implementation across our company's dozens of factory projects."
To revolutionize safety training and enable resource sharing, the project integrates safety education with labor credential verification and performance evaluation. A dedicated Safety & Civilization Construction Leadership Group oversees implementation, with the project manager assuming primary responsibility for green construction practices and safety compliance.
The exemplary safety and quality management has attracted over 30 construction enterprises and 200+ industry professionals for observational visits organized by Yizheng Economic Development Zone.
