1. Applicable Scenarios & Industries

  • Suitable for fire drill management in various organizations, including: office buildings, shopping malls, hotels, schools, parks, etc.

  • Reference Article 40 of the "Regulations on Fire Safety Management for Government Agencies, Organizations, Enterprises, and Institutions" (Ministry of Public Security Order No. 61):

    Key fire safety units shall conduct drills based on their firefighting and emergency evacuation plans at least every six months, and continuously improve the plans based on practical experience.

    Other units shall formulate corresponding emergency plans according to their actual situations and organize drills at least once a year.

    During fire drills, clear identification shall be set up, and personnel within the drill area shall be notified in advance.

  • Reference Clause 9.5.2 of GB/T40248-2021 "Fire Safety Management in Occupied Assembly Buildings":

    Hotels, shopping malls, and public entertainment venues shall organize fire drills at least every six months.

    Other venues shall organize fire drills at least once a year.

    After the drill concludes, a summary should be promptly conducted, and records shall be maintained.

Complies with the regulations on drill records in Chapter 8 of Ministry of Public Security Order No. 61:

Key fire safety units shall establish and maintain sound fire safety records. These records should include basic fire safety information and fire safety management details. The records must be detailed, comprehensively reflecting the unit's fire safety work, include necessary charts, and be updated promptly as conditions change.

The unit shall centrally maintain and keep the fire safety records for reference.

Fire safety management details should include the following:

(7) Records of firefighting and emergency evacuation plan drills;

Records for item (7) shall specify the time, location, content, participating departments, and personnel involved in the drill.
