Scan QR Code to Record Training Sessions, Ensuring Authentic and Reliable Training Records

We frequently organize work training sessions. Previously, we used paper forms to record training details, but this method couldn't accurately capture the actual training situation. Paper records could be manually altered, which reduced their objectivity and credibility, making them unreliable as future verification evidence.

To address the issue of low credibility in training records, I discovered CaoLiao QR Codes. By using CaoLiao QR Codes, we achieved authentic documentation of on-site training scenarios for trainees.

Here's how it works: For each training session, a corresponding QR code is created, printed on an A4 sheet, and posted in the meeting room or shared directly in relevant training communication groups. Before the training concludes, each participant takes a photo of the current training topic along with the date displayed below it. Then, they scan the QR code using WeChat and submit the training record through the QR code form. The training QR code is configured with "data review" and "trusted notarization" features, ensuring that the submission date and the photographed training scene mutually verify each other.

Using CaoLiao QR Codes for training records enables on-site submission, certification, review, and confirmation by trainees. This method provides an objective account of the training and serves as reliable evidence for future verification of participation in genuine training sessions. It enhances the credibility and authority of the training. Additionally, it promotes paperless operations, reduces costs, and improves work efficiency.
