Scan QR Codes to Record Training Sessions with Authenticity and Reliability

In daily operations, we frequently organize work training sessions. Previously, paper-based records were used to document training participation. However, this method cannot reliably verify actual attendance, as paper records can be manually altered. This compromises the objectivity and credibility of training documentation, making it unreliable for future verification.
To address credibility issues in training records, we implemented CaoLiao QR code solution to achieve authentic documentation of on-site training scenarios.
Implementation method:
Each training session is assigned a dedicated QR code printed on A4 paper. The code is posted in meeting rooms or shared in training groups. Before session conclusion, each participant must:
- Photograph the current training topic with visible date
- Scan the QR code using WeChat
- Submit the training record through the form
The QR code system features:
- Data review mechanism

- Automatic verification between submission timestamps and photographic evidence
