Developed in accordance with the Ministry of Public Security Order No. 61 and GB/T40248-2021 "Fire Safety Management in Occupied Assembly Areas" regarding fire safety training regulations. Used for fire training sign-ins, it also supports uploading on-site training records. Data is permanently stored and supports paper-based export.

Instructions for Use

I. Applicable Scenarios and Industries

  • Suitable for fire safety training management in various organizations, including: office buildings, shopping malls, hotels, schools, parks, etc.
  • Refer to Chapter 6 of "Regulations on Fire Safety Management for Government Agencies, Organizations, Enterprises, and Institutions" (Ministry of Public Security Order No. 61):

Article 36 Organizations shall conduct regular fire safety education and publicity through various means. Key fire safety units shall provide fire safety training to each employee at least once a year.

Public gathering places shall provide fire safety training to employees at least once every six months. The training content shall also include knowledge and skills for organizing and evacuating on-site personnel.

Organizations shall provide pre-employment fire safety training to new employees and those transferring to new positions.

Article 38 The following personnel shall receive specialized fire safety training:

(1) The person in charge of fire safety and the fire safety manager of the organization; (2) Full-time and part-time fire safety management personnel; (3) Personnel on duty and operating in the fire control room; (4) Other personnel required by regulations to receive specialized fire safety training.

Personnel mentioned in item (3) of the preceding paragraph shall be certified for their positions.

7.4.1 Occupied assembly areas shall conduct regular fire safety publicity and training through various means.

7.4.3 Educational institutions such as schools and kindergartens shall incorporate fire safety knowledge into their educational, teaching, and training content, ensuring the availability of teaching materials, class hours, teachers, and venues, and organize various forms of fire safety education activities.

7.4.4 Occupied assembly areas shall organize fire safety training for each employee at least once every six months, and provide pre-employment fire safety training for new employees.

Article 41 Key fire safety units shall establish and maintain comprehensive fire safety files. Fire safety files shall include basic fire safety information and fire safety management records. The files shall be detailed, comprehensively reflecting the organization's fire safety work, and include necessary charts, updated promptly as conditions change.

Organizations shall uniformly maintain and keep fire safety files for reference.

Article 43 Fire safety management records shall include the following:

(6) Fire safety training records;

Records mentioned in item (6) of the preceding paragraph shall specify the training time, participants, content, etc.;
