I. Core Value ​

  • Workbench Master List: Use bulk QR codes generation to create a personnel management QR code for each dormitory. The sub-codes list in the workbench serves as the master list of dormitory personnel information.
  • Personnel Control: When personnel changes occur (e.g., new hires, departures), administrators can modify bed information in the workbench, or dormitory members can scan the code to make self-service changes. 1. Display More Information ​

The template only includes dormitory personnel information on the QR code. You can also add content such as dormitory duty rosters, facility usage guides, or anything else you wish to display, viewable by scanning the code.

You can upload photos of individuals for each bed onto the QR code. Scanning the code allows for verification that the dormitory occupants match the photos, enabling stricter personnel control.
