Today, our company's Equipment Supply Department is pleased to demonstrate how QR codes are applied in company equipment management.
Currently, the scan count for company equipment management QR codes has exceeded 13,000. Through operators, users, and equipment managers continuously scanning the unique QR code on each device during use—uploading operational data, maintenance records, repairs, fault reports, along with inspection documents and images—the company can dynamically monitor the status of each piece of equipment in real-time via the backend. The accumulated data, images, and videos from these scans have formed a "living" archive for the equipment.

Using QR codes, you can view the operation, scans, faults, and status of equipment in a specific unit; check the condition of properties in a unit; review vehicle repair and restoration status; monitor energy management; and inspect electricity usage checks.
