By deeply implementing QR codes, Wenshan Petroleum has established an electronic management system. This ensures that managers at all levels truly go to the grassroots, the site, and specific posts when performing their duties, eliminating previous false inspection phenomena. It solves the problem where depots (stations) needed to manually fill out large volumes of ledger records after daily inspections, maintenance, and upkeep of equipment and facilities, thereby reducing the burden on frontline employees.
"Code" Reporting: Management Efficiency Significantly Improved

Internal gas station management is treated as the "driving force" for enhancing company management. A gas station inspection QR code system is set up according to the scope of responsibilities. Managers at three levels—state company, county company, and gas station—conduct inspections by scanning codes at stations as required, achieving "fixed personnel, fixed timing, and fixed content," and effectively fulfilling the three-tier management of gas stations.
Management effectiveness serves as the "measuring stick" for evaluating performance at all levels. Station managers organize employees daily to inspect facilities, equipment, funds, and invoices according to the QR code checklist. Discovered issues are logged into the QR code system, which promptly reports them to the responsible personnel at the state/city company based on functional divisions. This achieves seamless connection between gas stations and management, simplifies processes, shortens timeframes, enables paperless operations, and significantly improves management efficiency.
The backend system acts as a "database" for data acquisition at all levels. Leveraging the "big data" processing capability of QR codes, all data is reported once, processed accurately in the backend, and can be retrieved and used at any time.
"Code" Handling: Various Data Reaches Instantly

Wenshan Company is committed to implementing the requirement of reducing the burden on the grassroots. It has built 19 work platforms covering areas such as county/city manager work, gas station operations, equipment and facility management, and construction safety management. This digitizes all work processes. Relying on the corresponding QR code work platforms, all levels can perform daily tasks faster, better, and more substantively.
Various problems reported by the grassroots, along with uploaded images and video information, are immediately pushed to supervisors' mobile phones. Managers can view them directly on their phones and promptly arrange for problem resolution and rectification. Transitioning from previous multi-layer paper-based approval processes to instant one-click reporting streamlines operations and boosts efficiency.
Various data statistics tasks are filled directly within the QR code system. Management departments can export data with one click, reducing work time by over 60%, minimizing intermediate business steps, and fully unleashing the work vitality of management teams at all levels.
Equipment and other records are portable, work logs are easy to fill, data retrieval is simple and fast, enabling work to be carried out anytime, anywhere, and problems to be solved on the spot.
QR codes for employee health information and epidemic prevention supplies registration are set up. These enable "contactless" real-time monitoring of health information for over 500 employees across 71 gas stations in 8 counties (cities). They also allow online monitoring of epidemic prevention supplies inventory and usage, providing strong support for comprehensive epidemic prevention efforts.
"Code" Management: Scan to Work at Construction Sites

To address issues in construction supervision, such as lax design review and absence of on-site oversight, the QR code system includes a dedicated construction management module. Supervisors from both Party A and Party B scan codes to check in for work daily and conduct supervision step-by-step as required, thoroughly solving problems of personnel absence and inadequate supervision. For concealed works during construction, photos are taken and uploaded using the QR code system, ensuring permanent record retention for future reference.
Secondly, for the electronic work permit issuance process at job sites, the QR code system implements ticket signing supervision measures. Relevant signatories must be physically present at the site and verify by scanning the code with their own mobile phones before a work permit can be issued. This fundamentally prevents a series of violations such as issuers not being on-site, issuing permits on behalf of others, and unclear responsibilities. Additionally, the platform features an abnormal information push function. When abnormal issues occur at depots/stations, the system immediately pushes alert messages to the mobile phones of managers at all levels, helping them grasp abnormal situations at grassroots depots/stations within their jurisdiction and take countermeasures promptly.
"Code" Action: Online and Offline Dual Efforts

Relying on the electronic management system, Wenshan Petroleum extends its services from past offline channels to online, achieving "face-to-face" communication among customers, employees, and the enterprise.
Customer information collection projects are strategically planned. QR codes for customer information collection are set up, requiring account managers and gas station managers to fill and submit reports regularly. This guides and supervises sales personnel to perform customer tracking and maintenance with clear targets and direction, thereby enhancing service levels.
QR codes for customer visits by service managers, district managers, and station managers are established. Personnel at all levels are required to strictly conduct customer visits as specified, ensuring these visits are implemented effectively, maintaining relationships with existing customers, developing new customers, and expanding the customer market.
Information collection QR codes are posted in gas station cashier offices. Customers can scan the codes to file complaints against the gas station or provide suggestions and opinions to the gas station or the company. To date, 4,485 customer suggestions and opinions have been received.
Education and training QR codes are set up. Trainees can scan them for online practice and exams, solving the problem of employees traveling long distances to the state/city company for unified exams, truly delivering practical benefits for employees.
