By applying "additive thinking," the project directly addresses prominent issues in current safety team development, fostering disruptive innovation and bold breakthroughs. Through the model of Additive Thinking + Internet + Cloud Services + Team Management, they have independently created a digital team management platform.

Leveraging information technology to innovate team management methods, the platform independently built modules including notices and announcements, team regulations, management structure, pre-shift meetings, shift handovers, training and learning records, hidden hazard investigation and management,合理化建议, employee highlights, tool management, and safety management. This achieves full-process traceability management for daily production activities.

Management personnel can view comprehensive team dynamics in real-time via mobile phones. Diligent employees need not worry about extra work going unnoticed, as every task performed by each individual is digitally recorded. Data can be exported from the backend for aggregation and analysis, making each team member's workload completely transparent. At month-end, performance-based wages are allocated according to workload, achieving the management goal of rewarding the diligent and penalizing the slack.

Using additive thinking, the project broke previous constraints on team development, starting from scratch. Whatever team management required, they built; whatever safety demanded attention, they prioritized.

For example, pre-shift meetings were transformed from team leaders speaking alone to a reverse briefing format. Team members, based on the day's work allocation plan, identify safety and quality points to note during work processes, clarifying every control node. The team leader then supplements based on the members' input. This shifts the mindset from "safety being enforced upon me" to "I want safety." Simultaneously, all team development materials are uploaded to cloud servers, enabling everyone to learn anytime, anywhere via mobile phones, completely replacing paper materials and achieving electronic, digital, and refined management. Backend managers can supervise and inspect at any time, facilitating various tasks, improving work efficiency, reducing costs, and making team management convenient and efficient. This informatizes team ledger management, significantly strengthening the foundational safety management of teams.
