The Chaoyang District Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau (Landscape Management Center) in Changchun continuously enhances refined management of urban greening. Through exploring intelligent systems, they aim to achieve smart greening maintenance, resolve conservation challenges, improve efficiency in landscape inspection management, and advance towards "Smart Gardens" to enhance ecological urban development.

The Landscape Management Center has improved technological application capabilities and actively explored innovative dynamic management models tailored to operational characteristics. By strengthening the collaboration between "maintenance + intelligent systems", they integrate inspection, conservation, and management through mutual supervision and complementarity, systematically enhancing scientific, refined, and intelligent management.

Each tree in the district now has a digital "ID plate" with a unique QR code, enabling standardized maintenance records. Citizens can scan codes to provide feedback and access educational content. System administrators input structured data through forms, facilitating later analysis and real-time anomaly alerts. Currently, 13,915 QR codes have been created with over 3,200 form submissions. Managers can dynamically monitor each tree's growth status through the backend. After nearly one year of implementation, QR code scans have exceeded 23,000 with a daily average of 800+ scans. This platform provides comprehensive insights into greening management status, with accumulated data, images, and videos forming a dynamic archive for the center.

The system integrates information-based supervision and dynamic monitoring to create an intelligent greening maintenance supervision and evaluation system, offering full-spectrum data support for refined management.

With advancing intelligent applications, Chaoyang District's greening maintenance has entered the era of "refined conservation and information-based management" powered by big data. Scientific achievements in landscape management are gradually benefiting urban greening and citizens.

Chaoyang District will leverage this initiative to demonstrate professional maintenance capabilities, better serving urban greening and public needs.
