The Changchun Chaoyang District Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau (Garden Management Center) continuously strengthens the refined management of landscaping, striving to achieve intelligent greening maintenance and management through the exploration and promotion of intelligent systems. This effort addresses issues in greening maintenance, improves the efficiency and quality of greening inspections and management, advances the development of a "smart garden," and adds value to the ecological city.

The Garden Management Center enhances its technological application capabilities and actively explores innovative dynamic management models tailored to its operational characteristics. By further extending and expanding intelligent systems and strengthening the collaboration between "maintenance and intelligent systems," the center integrates inspection, maintenance, and management, enabling mutual supervision, complementarity, and organic coordination. This approach continuously improves the scientific, refined, and intelligent levels of management.

According to reports, staff members have created "identity cards" for trees within their jurisdiction, achieving one tree, one QR code. This initiative standardizes maintenance records, provides citizens with a QR code scanning feedback channel, and expands the reach of promotional and educational efforts, allowing the public to receive科普 knowledge education in their daily lives. System administrators fill out forms item by item according to the form content, generating formatted data for later analysis and enabling real-time alerts for abnormal situations. Currently, a QR code database of 13,915 entries has been established, with over 3,200 form submissions. Through the use of the intelligent system, managers at the Garden Management Center can dynamically monitor the growth status of each tree in real-time via the workbench. After nearly a year of use, QR code scans have exceeded 23,000, with an average of over 800 scans per day. The basic situation of greening maintenance and management in Chaoyang District can be clearly understood through this platform. The accumulated data, images, and videos have become the "living archive" of the Chaoyang District Garden Management Center.

At the same time, focusing on target requirements and integrating the functions and advantages of信息化 supervision and dynamic monitoring, the center has developed an intelligent greening maintenance supervision and assessment system, providing comprehensive information service support for refined greening maintenance management.

With the continuous advancement of intelligent applications, the garden maintenance work in Chaoyang District has entered the era of big data characterized by "refined maintenance and信息化 management." The achievements of garden technology are gradually being integrated into urban greening and brought closer to the public.

Changchun Chaoyang District will use this as a starting point, leveraging its expertise in meticulous management and maintenance to better serve urban greening and meet the needs of the public.
