This initiative adapts to information age trends and pioneers new methods for patient education.
Medical staff have leveraged WeChat's advantages of rapid updates, high popularity, and user-friendly operation. After editing educational content through computer software, they generate QR codes. Patients can scan these QR codes via WeChat's "Scan" feature to access relevant health knowledge anytime, receiving smart education that meets personalized and diverse needs.
