1. Feature Overview
Based on the bulk adding records functionality combined with status update rules configured in forms, this feature enables batch status updates.
Super administrators or advanced members can use the bulk adding records feature in the mobile workbench to add form records for multiple QR codes without individual scanning. Statuses of these QR codes will be automatically updated according to preconfigured status update rules in forms.

2. Application Scenarios
1. Asset Inventory Management
- Asset QR codes are linked with physical inventory forms configured with status update rules (e.g., submitting inventory forms automatically updates asset statuses).
- In the mobile workbench, complete physical inventory forms and select multiple asset QR codes for submission.
- Asset statuses of these QR codes will update according to configured rules.
2. Asset Borrow-Return Management
- QR codes are linked with borrowing/return forms configured with status update rules (e.g., borrowing form submission changes status from "Available" to "Borrowed"; return form submission reverts status).
- In the mobile workbench, submit borrowing/return forms and select multiple asset QR codes.
- Statuses update automatically based on configured rules.
3. Fire Extinguisher Inspection
- Link fire extinguisher QR codes with inspection forms configured to update statuses (e.g., "Normal" or "Abnormal" based on inspection results).
- After completing inspections for a building's fire extinguishers, inspectors use the mobile workbench to submit inspection forms and select relevant QR codes.
- Device statuses update automatically.
4. Student Homework Tracking
- Create student profile QR codes with homework status options: "Completed"/"Uncompleted" (default).
- Link QR codes with homework completion forms containing status update rules.
- In the mobile workbench, submit completion statuses by selecting student QR codes to batch update their statuses to "Completed".
- To reset statuses to "Uncompleted", resubmit the form with updated selections.

Only super administrators and advanced members can use this feature in the mobile workbench. Advanced edition or higher versions include advanced member quotas.
