For pre-distributed gift vouchers, discount cards, e-tickets, etc., the issuing company needs to scan and verify the items by changing their status.

I. Verification Process
Example: Dragon Boat Festival supermarket gift vouchers:
- Super administrators can generate a batch of gift vouchers using bulk templates.
- Print with appropriate voucher label designs, stamp with supermarket seal, and distribute to customers.
- Customers present vouchers at designated locations during the event period to claim gifts.
- Verifiers scan vouchers to check usage status (used/unused).
- If unused, change status to "Used" for confirmation. Customer can then receive the gift.
- Super administrators can restrict status changes to internal staff only to prevent duplicate claims.
II. Configuration Guide
1. Generate vouchers using bulk templates
Super administrators can create bulk templates and upload basic voucher information. Set voucher numbers as variable content, input numbering in online spreadsheets, then batch generate QR codes.
2. Configure usage status
In bulk template editor, add statuses to track voucher usage: e.g., "Pending" (default) and "Used". View statistical counts by status in the status list.
3. Add verification action items
In bulk template editor, create status change operations. Use action items for direct status updates during verification.
4. Restrict operation permissions
Prevent duplicate claims by restricting status change permissions to internal staff. Select authorized identity groups/departments in member selection dialog. Enable "Hide action items for unauthorized users" to avoid customer confusion.
5. Select voucher label design
After configuring content, choose from extensive label templates in the top-right design library. Customize styles as needed.
