Setup Process ​

Step 1: Choose QR Code Generation Method

● If you only need to generate a single QR code, or are trying it out for the first time, we recommend using 【Single QR Code Generation】.

● If you need to generate QR codes for multiple countries' application guides at once, and these QR codes share the same page structure (e.g., all displaying sections for required documents and application procedures) but differ in the specific application information (like the process and types for each country), we recommend using 【Bulk Dynamic QR Codes Generation】 or modifying a 【Bulk Template】 before generation.

Step 2: Modify Template Content

● For 【Single QR Code Generation】: On the QR code editing page, modify the title, application information, and add or remove text content as needed. You are not required to strictly follow the template's provided information; you can modify it to display any information you wish, such as adding travel notices or removing consulate district divisions. After making changes, click 【Generate QR Code】 to complete the creation.

● For 【Bulk Dynamic QR Codes Generation】 or using a modified 【Bulk Template】: Please follow the instructions in the Bulk Dynamic QR Codes Generation tutorial article.

Usage Recommendations ​

1. Forward and Share: Share the poster image, or scan the completed QR code, click the "···" in the top right corner, and select to forward it to customers or WeChat groups.

3. Page Redirection: You can also use a Redirect Link on the International Travel Itinerary and Instructions page to set up a redirect to this Visa Application Guide page.
