Recently, the Technology Group, in collaboration with the Equipment Technology Department of the Yancheng Port Group, completed the deployment of exclusive "QR code IDs" for over two hundred pieces of equipment across the entire port area. By integrating QR code applications with equipment management, they simplified equipment control and achieved a management innovation where "data does the legwork, and work requires less running around."

On-site maintenance personnel can scan the QR codes on port equipment to input maintenance, inspection, and service records directly into the equipment's QR code system. Backend data updates in real time, allowing managers to view the operational status of all port equipment across the group anytime and anywhere. This enables the group to centrally monitor the operational status of all port equipment, improving equipment management efficiency and allowing for timely resolution of issues. Additionally, by utilizing big data to aggregate and analyze the overall condition of the equipment, it provides valuable insights for future equipment procurement and maintenance planning.
